Our Process
1. Contact Us
This is the easy part! Call or email us to book an appointment for your free consultation. We will set up a time that works best for you.
2. Initial Consultation
We will come to you to learn about your vision for your home. Of course we will want to know what you would like done, but more importantly we will want to understand what matters to you.
3. Estimate
Following your consultation you will provided a quote for all labour, permits, materials not subject to design, and contracted trades. All products that are design specific will be picked out and purchased by you separately.
4. Material Selection
This is the fun stuff!! Some customers like to do this on their own other have a designer that they work with, but we do have a design consultant that would love to work with you.
5. Final Quote
By this time we know each other fairly well. We know what you want and you are feeling great about trusting us to do your renovation. At this stage we will provide you with a final quote. This is the final cost. Any changes to the price will be discussed with you and change order issued if there does need to be a change.
6. Start Renovating
We will get started!! We will pull any permits that might be required, schedule trades that will have to come in, do any demolition that is needed, then we will rebuild.
